We are seeking an experienced Automotive Sales and Business Development professional to join our team.
Job Description:Dutton Financial Services is a leading provider of smart, competitive finance options for customers in the automotive industry. We are looking for a talented individual who can work collaboratively with our sales teams to contribute to the dealership's goal of selling cars.
The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive finance/brokerage and sales, along with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously
- Willingness to learn and think outside the square
- A strong adherence to all compliance measures
- Enthusiastic, motivated and a positive mindset
