We are currently seeking a:

FIELD OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN Job Overview: We are in search of a Mechanical Field Operations Technician who is passionate about their craft and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. This role involves providing primary support and service on-site, as well as overseeing the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of automated processing systems.

This position is ideal for someone with an adventurous spirit, as it entails significant travel throughout Australia and New Zealand, including occasional international assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, fabrication, and repair of processing systems for fruits and vegetables.
  • Delivering outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and support.
  • Acting as a liaison between the field and the headquarters service team, gathering and relaying market feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred mechanical experience and knowledge.
  • Familiarity with necessary tools (e.g., hand and power tools).
  • Skills in fabrication and assembly (cutting, welding, drilling).
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand with a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and precision.
