We are a busy dental clinic located in Melbourne CBD, close to the Southern Cross Train Station. We are seeking an experienced part-time dental receptionist to support our team in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Description:
  • To deliver exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
  • To manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling phone calls efficiently
  • To maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, with high attention to detail
  • To process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
  • To work collaboratively with the dental team to achieve optimal outcomes for patients
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to maintain high-quality records and files
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
