As a Maintenance Handyperson, you will be part of our aviation-inspired hospitality team, working closely with our guests and colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a wide range of handyman/fixit jobs throughout the hotel, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Address and deal with guests in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Know and follow safety procedures to avoid accidents, and correctly store working apparatus and materials in a safe and orderly way.
  • Use equipment and tools correctly, and work efficiently to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with colleagues to prioritize tasks and ensure a smooth operation, and be proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Be clean, neat, and tidy at all times, and wear the uniform with pride, representing Rydges Sydney Airport's high standards.
