Job Title:

Clinical Operations Supervisor

About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing high-level operational support and leadership to ensure the delivery of quality care services that meet safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum) and ability to do so.
  • Hold a valid First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003) and maintain it.
  • Experience in security systems, including access control, CCTV, independent system units, and duress systems.
  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve desired outcomes through ongoing feedback and coaching.
