Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing store operations, leading a team of sales associates, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
About the Role:
- Manage store financials, including budgets and forecasts
- Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and drive business growth
- Maintain high health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven retail management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of financial management and analysis
