About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an After-Hours Service Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the resourcing and rostering of personnel to ensure continuity of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate effective rostering resources.
- Assign the most cost-effective rostering in line with company guidelines.
- Minimise rostering errors through effective and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ensure specified service levels are maintained.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve customer needs.
- Effectively and efficiently process payroll to minimise errors and rework.
- Ensure a high-level understanding of applicable industrial state instruments.
Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work as part of a team.
- Proven ability to cope under pressure.
- Think on your feet.
- Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications.
- Desirable - Background in administration, call centre, rostering or similar, and night shift experience.
