Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

Job Description

This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a commitment to deliver compassionate patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs
  • Providing emergency care to patients with acute medical conditions and injuries
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
  • Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care
  • Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate medical records
  • Responding to emergencies and providing timely and effective interventions
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Current National Police Check
  • Working With Children check or willingness to obtain
  • 6 months of experience working in an Australian Health Setting
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
