Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. This role will involve supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of energy infrastructure projects.

You will work closely with senior project managers to deliver solar, EV, and battery storage solutions, coordinating vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields
  • Previous exposure to project environments in energy, infrastructure, or sustainability sectors
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with a team-first mindset
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies in solar, EV, and storage
  • Organised, proactive, and passionate about driving real environmental outcomes
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management software
