About the Company

Our client is a people-first multinational organisation seeking an experienced SAP Payroll professional on a fixed-term contract.

Role Summary

This role sits within the payroll team to assist with the end-to-end processing of payroll for upwards of 5,000 staff members.

This will include both fortnightly and monthly paid employees.

About the Role
  • Full end-to-end payroll processing
  • Interpretation of Awards, EBA's employment contracts
  • ATO compliance (Payroll Tax, Superannuation, PAYG etc)
  • Resolving all payroll queries
  • Payroll accounting reconciliation
  • Maintain payroll records, including new starters, terminations and employee changes
  • Dealing with any manual payroll calculations and terminations
Requirements

Minimum 3+ years experience in end-to-end Payroll

Essential experience in processing Payroll via SAP

Experience with Success Factors, Kronos and Service Now would be beneficial

Strong administration skills

Keen attention to detail

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Excellent communication skills
