We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our team at AOYE Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Australian immigration law, excellent communication skills, and experience handling complex migration cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert migration advice and support to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Manage and process a wide range of visa applications, including Global Talent (GTI 858), Employer-Sponsored (482, 186, 494), Business & Investor Visas (188, 132), and other migration pathways.
  • Assist clients with visa applications, including preparing and lodging documents.
  • Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in migration laws and policies to provide the best possible service.
  • Coordinate with legal professionals and stakeholders to address complex cases and legal challenges.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation within internal systems.
  • Mentor and train junior migration consultants.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Registered Migration Agent with 2+ years of experience in the migration industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Australian migration laws, regulations, and visa requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply migration laws and policies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
