About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Migration Expert to lead our data transformation team and drive excellence in ETL processes across our business. As a key member of our Corporate Markets division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical data migration services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Focus:
    • Develop data migration strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Support the Corporate Markets technology roadmap and programs.
    • Drive continuous improvement across data migration and ETL processes.
    • Optimize team performance and deliver cost-efficient outcomes.
    • Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring technical expertise and engagement.
    • Identify and address training needs to upskill team members.
    • Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and support career development.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee ETL processes across multiple platforms and ensure high-quality data migrations.
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely delivery of migration services.
    • Develop and document test procedures to achieve accurate reconciliation and business outcomes.
    • Recommend and implement improvements to ETL tools and processes.
  • Governance & Risk:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and security requirements.
    • Own and resolve risk and audit items related to data migration.
    • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
