About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to join our highly regarded Brisbane Construction & Infrastructure Practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on construction contracts and manage litigation, arbitration, and adjudication from start to finish;
  • Work on claims and disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects;
  • Advise on legislation impacting the construction industry;
Requirements:
  • At least two plus years post-admission experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Exposure to, and a genuine interest in, construction law;
  • Strong drafting skills;
  • Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities;
  • Leadership skills commensurate with your post admission experience;
