**The team**
Our growing Construction and Infrastructure team is currently engaged on major projects throughout Australia in sectors including resources and renewables (wind and solar), water and waste transport (roads, bridges, rail, tunnels) and social infrastructure (health and education). Our technical knowledge is also sought on regulatory issues that may impact our clients’ projects.
We act as trusted advisors working beside our clients on significant matters structured in appropriately sized Partner led teams, ensuring that each member of our team plays a key role and is given genuine opportunities for professional growth, client engagement and thought leadership. There is the opportunity to work across the firm with other practice groups who are assisting our clients with the establishment and delivery of their projects.
**The role**
We are looking for a Lawyer with experience in dispute resolution to join our growing team. We operate in all aspects of contentious construction disputes, including litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, contractual dispute resolution processes and Security of Payment adjudications, as well as providing strategic project delivery advice to clients.
You will be an integral part of a high performing and experienced team with extensive experience in construction law across a wide range of industries.
