Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations.

They will also be expected to monitor daily stock recovery in their department, achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets, build a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, lead by example in all areas, manage high volume stock, execute department Visual Merchandising and standards, launch and plan catalogue campaigns, and implement initiatives to increase department profit.

This role requires strong retail leadership experience, excellent time management skills, visual merchandising expertise, physical ability to work with large volumes of stock, an owner's mindset for their department, a passionate attitude that inspires their team, resilience and innovative problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, IT competency, and First Aid certification or a willingness to be trained.
