Therapeutic Case Work Team Manager

This Team Leader Therapeutic Casework position is part of a team providing family therapy and therapeutic casework utilising the FFT-CW model.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of day-to-day performance of the Case Work team, ensuring adherence to model fidelity, agency policy and procedures are delivered.
- Sitting within the FFT-CW Unit, this role provides direct supervision of Therapeutic Case Workers who provide FFT-CW low risk intervention.
- A knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as awareness of current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people and their families.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification in Bachelor of Social Work or Psychology or an Aboriginal Health Worker, with post graduate training in relevant child, adolescent, family work and systemic thinking preferred.
- Evidence of highly developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence and excellent engagement skills, with a track record of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Valid and current Driver's Licence; Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for); Valid Employee Working with Children Check; and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
