Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive support engineer with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 to join our team.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills to clearly explain issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Provide Level 2 / 3 support for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and enhance existing solutions.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
  • Document support procedures, configurations, and known issues.
  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and Microsoft support to resolve complex issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You are an experienced support engineer with a track record of Power platform engineering and client focus.

You have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our organisation.

You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients.
