Are you a sales enthusiast who excels at building relationships and driving growth?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Membership Growth Consultant, where you will play a vital role in expanding our membership base through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

As a Membership Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Proactively contributing to club sales by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating engaging member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
