The Role and ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team in Northbridge, WA. This person will be passionate about technical maintenance, driven by results, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical equipment maintenance and upkeep
- Completion of preventive maintenance schedules
- Databases and spare parts management
- Site safety standards and regulations compliance
- Working with your supervisor to sign off external trades
- General facility upkeep; painting, patching, plumbing repairs, etc.
- Natural mechanical aptitude and technical skills
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
- Mature and collaborative approach to work
- Effective communication skills and autonomy
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with our systems
