
Customer Experience Coordinator

About the Position:
Drive efficiency and excellence in service delivery by ensuring timely and consistently high provision of schedules for nationwide service call-outs and equipment repairs and installations.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Roster and schedule install and service technicians to efficiently allocate resources
- Handle day-to-day rescheduling to cover unplanned changes and align technician skills with job requirements
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address resource shortages or excesses
We Are Seeking a Candidate with:
- At least 2 years of scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software systems
- A keen eye for detail, outstanding organisational and communication skills, and a strong customer service focus and results-driven approach
About the Team:
Work closely with an experienced Service Manager who has a long tenure with the business and prides themselves on running a collaborative and connected team.
