Role Overview

As a Care and Support Specialist for Youth, you will provide essential care and support to children and young people who may be facing various challenges. This role is a great opportunity to make a real impact and work in a dynamic organisation dedicated to creating positive change and fostering meaningful connections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to children and young people, including personal care and support with daily living skills.
  • Plan and attend appointments and/or activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
  • Complete daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.

Requirements
  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
