Creative Communications Expert

We are seeking a skilled Creative Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting group, you will play a vital role in shaping the future with confidence and building a better working world.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering impactful communication strategies, designing high-quality campaign assets using Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborating closely with change managers, UX designers, and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative communication strategies that drive adoption across transformation programs
- Design high-quality campaign assets using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Tailor your work to align with client brand styles, tone of voice, and campaign goals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in a consulting or communications role, strong technical capability in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work across various clients and industries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of change experience or behaviour change methodologies, Australian citizenship, and baseline security clearance.
