Civil Infrastructure Growth Strategist

Drive strategic growth and win complex projects within a highly respected, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

This is a senior position where you will be empowered to steer the entire work-winning process building and managing your pipeline, leading pursuits, developing client-focused bid strategies, and mentoring a passionate team of bid and design professionals.

You will leverage strong industry relationships, especially within the government and private contractor sectors, to shape client engagement, influence project outcomes, and contribute to business-wide strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate brings direct experience delivering civil infrastructure projects (highways, structures, ports, airports, or similar), proven commercial acumen, and a growth mindset.

Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end bids, deep knowledge of the local market, and a passion for innovative, sustainable solutions are essential.
