Job Title: Demolition Trainer

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced trainer to join our team as a demolition trainer.

As a demolition trainer, you will be responsible for training and assessing individuals in the demolition industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and assessment, with experience in teaching, lecturing or coaching.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver face-to-face training sessions to students in the demolition industry.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III and IV in Demolition.
  • Preferably TAE certified or willing to obtain one.
  • Experience in training, teaching or lecturing in the demolition industry.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate trainer matrix relevant to the course.
