The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the Ripley and Ipswich region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of home builds from site start to completion, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage trades to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including trade management, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Provide weekly KPI reports to the Regional Building Manager
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervising residential home builds, with a strong trade background or residential construction experience
  • Thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations, and Quality Assurance systems
  • Hold a valid driver's licence
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in managing and developing a trade network
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
