Job Summary:
">We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Germanus Kent House in Broome. As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care for our residents and clients in the community.

- Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly">
- Develop individual care plans in consult with clients and significant others">
- Comply with all relevant legislation and policies">
About You:

- A valid AHPRA registration">
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards & Quality of Care principles">
- Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements">
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure">
- Great interpersonal and communication skills">
