Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Germanus Kent House in Broome. As a Registered Nurse, you will coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care for our residents and clients in the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly">
  • Develop individual care plans in consult with clients and significant others">

  • An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards & Quality of Care principles">
  • Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements">
  • Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure">
