We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Onboarding Manager to play a key role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.

About the Role:

  • Serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring development, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate project responsibilities, track progress, and communicate changes to procedures.
  • Provide daily leadership, feedback, and support to achieve objectives.
  • Establish team goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide career guidance.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, implementation managers, and project managers.
  • Monitor and adjust team performance to meet goals.
  • Oversee the Onboarding Project Plan, staying updated on recent and future projects.
  • Ensure team members have access to necessary resources.
  • Lead teams in managing clients through the ABC Onboarding Process.
  • Resolve escalated client issues.
  • Capture business information, document integration needs, and supervise conversion activities.
  • Provide project completion documentation for a seamless handoff.
  • Maintain expertise in client-facing software and systems.
  • Record expenses promptly and adhere to company policies.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
