Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business operations manager to join our team at Kids World Adventure Playland & Cafe. As a full time supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement opening and closing routines for the venue on a daily basis, taking direction from senior management
  • Work across all areas of the business from Point of Sale for customer entry and interaction, taking orders for the cafe, making food orders and preparing coffee
  • Direct and train staff members to ensure smooth operations of the venue, ensuring it remains safe and clean for customers
  • Assist with daily cash up's and reconciling bankings
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve any requests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality/cafe environment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to take direction from senior management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability for weekend, school holiday and public holidays if required

Kids World Adventure Playland & Cafe is an indoor play centre featuring a fully air-conditioned centre with a GIANT inflatable slide, cannon ball battle zone, 3 storied climbing structures and a designated under 5's area for little ones. We operate a full cafe offering tasty gourmet food, coffee and a selection of drinks.
