Director of Digital Commerce

We are seeking a Director of Digital Commerce to lead our online platforms to success. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven ecommerce strategy to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead revenue forecasting and adjust plans based on trends and performance.
  • Monitor sales data and optimize product drops, promotions, restocks, and markdowns.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate stock planning and meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Boost customer traffic, engagement, and sales conversions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in ecommerce, preferably in fashion/retail.
  • Proven experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer behavior insights.
