Glass Installation Specialist

The Role:
Install framed and frameless shower screens, mirrors, and glass splash backs into residential homes across SE QLD.
This is an exciting opportunity for those with Glazier, Showerscreen Installer or similar trade background with relevant experience, who is to grow their business whilst reaping all the benefits of subcontracting to a well-established national organisation.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Subcontractors. The role will predominantly see you working in residential homes as well as interacting with retail customers, thus customer service is imperative to make a good impression with every interaction with clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience, have a focus on customer service, quality, and OH&S, and ensure maximum productivity in all tasks relating to these jobs. Please note this role will require you to lift heavy materials up to 2nd level floors on a regular basis to enable you to do installations.

- Training to install additional products to increase your scope of work eg installation of robes including built-in / wardrobe internals - whiteboard, shelving, rail, angles, draws, gables, bulk heads and fitting wardrobe doors to tracks.
You will need to have:
- Pty Ltd Company Registration or ABN (sole trader)
- Relevant insurances, such as Personal Accident Insurance / Workers Compensation; Public Liability Insurance; Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Construction Induction White Card
- Valid Australian Driver's License
- Clean Valid Police Check
- Your own late model long wheel based van - such as a Hi Ace Van (that can carry material min 2.8 m in length) with frame to carry glass
- Your own tools required to do this work
In return, we offer continual training to those whose goal is to grow their business and learn how to install a wider range of products, in turn maximising your potential earnings. All successful candidates will have to undertake a health assessment as well as drug and alcohol screening.
