Commercial Glass Installer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Glass Installer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with glass products and providing high-quality solutions for commercial and industrial applications.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of installing and repairing a wide range of commercial glass products, including windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and glass partitions. They will be able to measure and cut glass to precise specifications, work with architectural drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate installations, and ensure all glass installations meet industry standards and client specifications.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to work collaboratively with construction teams and provide excellent customer service. They will also possess solid knowledge of glass installation techniques, tools, and safety practices, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from office buildings and retail spaces to large-scale industrial installations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all glass installations meet the highest standards of quality and safety, and that our clients receive the best possible service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair commercial glass products, including windows, curtain walls, storefronts, and glass partitions.
  • Measure and cut glass to precise specifications.
  • Work with architectural drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate installations.
  • Ensure all glass installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with construction teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a commercial glazier.
  • Trade qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
  • Solid knowledge of glass installation techniques, tools, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift and handle heavy glass panels and materials.
