Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Case Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and employment law, with expertise in case management.

This pivotal role requires providing expert advice, coaching, and support to leaders on various people management matters, including misconduct investigations, performance management, grievances, disciplinary processes, fitness for work, and whistleblower matters.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a structured and analytical approach, and be a confident influencer who builds trusted relationships across key stakeholders, including legal, safety, and medical teams.

Occasional interstate travel may be required.

About the Role

The National Manager, Case Management Support, reports directly to the National Manager, Case Management Support. This role demands a tertiary qualification in Employment Law/Human Resources/related field, or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice, coaching, and support to leaders on a range of people management matters.
  • Manage complex misconduct investigations and grievances.
  • Develop and implement practical and pragmatic solutions to support business needs.
  • Build trusted relationships across key stakeholders, including legal, safety, and medical teams.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Employment Law/Human Resources/related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in advising on individual people matters.
  • Strong case management experience and the ability to provide advice in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated skills using reporting to analyze trends and insights.
