**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction projects, including financial management, vendor relations, and employee development. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage all financial aspects of projects, including job forecasting and cost control

• Develop and implement effective vendor management strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute comprehensive project commissioning plans

• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations, and legislation relevant to construction operations

• Provide leadership and guidance to site foremen and staff to achieve project objectives

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10 years of experience in a construction-related field, with at least 5 years in a project management role

• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

• Knowledge of construction safety laws and regulations
