Electrical Panel Operations Lead

We are seeking a solutions-focused and hands-on leader to manage day-to-day operations within our manufacturing team.

  • Coordinate workshop operations to deliver high-quality electrical panels, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage production schedules to align output with project timelines and requirements, driving delivery performance and cost control.
  • Oversee procurement activities to ensure timely material availability, supporting smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tender reviews, planning, and project delivery, promoting effective communication and coordination.
  • Monitor job progress, track costs, and provide regular performance reporting, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, safety, and operational effectiveness, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Support the development of production team members, enhancing their skills and expertise to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or associate degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience. They will also demonstrate proven experience in production, project, or site management—ideally in electrical manufacturing, HV infrastructure, or construction.

The successful applicant will be able to motivate and manage workshop teams, confidently managing multiple projects with tight timelines and evolving scopes. They will be commercially aware, with the ability to balance delivery performance and cost control.
