As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food standards
  • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Nepalese or Asian cuisine is a plus
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
