Transformative Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary Deputy Director to spearhead our customer experience and growth initiatives. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic direction and driving organisational growth through innovation and digital mastery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute dynamic strategies to significantly increase digital audience engagement, maximising digital platforms, enhancing social media presence, and strengthening our brand to increase engagement and revenue.
- Innovation and Digital Transformation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within our division, encouraging the adoption of new digital technologies and methodologies. Lead the execution of digital transformation and marketing strategies that enhance audience engagement and drive brand visibility across various platforms.
- Revenue Generation and Commercial Strategy: Drive revenue through innovative strategies, tourism, and retail, and spearhead major fundraising and philanthropy initiatives to ensure financial sustainability.
- Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across various sectors to enhance our institution's profile and reach on a national and international scale.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Commercial and Strategic Acumen: Over 10 years of leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on digital revenue-generating opportunities.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement, with a proven track record in utilising social media and digital marketing strategies to significantly increase reach and engagement.
- Philanthropic Leadership: A successful track record in philanthropic and/or fundraising and/or capital growth endeavours.
- Visionary Leadership: An innovative and forward-thinking approach that has consistently fostered organisational growth and cultural impact.
- Cultural Sector Insight (Desirable): Experience in the cultural, non-profit, or educational sectors is highly regarded, although not mandatory.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technology, or a related field.
