Growth Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this Growth Consultant role.

Job Overview

This is a part sales, part strategy, and high-impact position that requires strong communication and commercial instinct skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Run sales calls with warm leads
  • Onboard clients and build growth roadmaps
  • Coach clients through sales conversations and conversion techniques
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to activate campaigns
  • Track performance, hit retention targets, and drive revenue

Your Success Metrics:

  • Clients achieve growth - winning better deals, faster
  • You manage a portfolio valued at $150K-$200K/month
  • Retention is high. Churn is low
  • Clients refer and renew - because they trust you
