About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires an experienced commercial electrician to oversee site teams, coordinate day-to-day activities, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading commercial fit-out and construction projects across Adelaide, overseeing site teams, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
  • Developing and implementing project plans to meet client needs
  • Coordinating site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and codes
  • Managing budgets and resources to meet project objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified electrician with 2+ years of commercial experience
  • Proven onsite leadership and mentoring ability
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • EWP, LVR/CPR, and manual driver's license (preferred)
