Mental Health Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Mental Health team at Northern Beaches Hospital's Ward 3C. This is an excellent opportunity to take your mental health nursing career to the next level and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to patients with various mental health conditions. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and support the recovery model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and person-centered care
  • Supervise and preceptor Enrolled Nurses, Graduates, and Students
  • Effectively work within scope of practice and demonstrate clinical competencies
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes
