Job Title: Liquor Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Liquor Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that your customers will remember.

  2. Be an advocate for our loyalty programs by letting your customers know about our benefits and product offerings.

  3. Maintain a safe and clean environment for your customers and teammates.

  4. Be responsible for upholding service of alcohol guidelines.

  5. Be yourself and come as you are - we give you the freedom to shine.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have good communication skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, have a genuine interest in learning and expanding your product knowledge, own your career, and seek opportunities to grow within the business.

You will also need to have good availability across the day, evenings, and weekends.
