About the Role

We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude and a passion for the holiday park lifestyle to join our Front Office team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and warmth upon arrival.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience within the hospitality industry preferred
  • Knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Office
  • Well-presented and organized
  • Great people and relationship-building skills
  • A flexible attitude to work roster including weekends and public holidays
