Smallgoods makers are integral to crafting high-quality smallgoods for discerning consumers. In this role, you will be immersed in a dynamic manufacturing environment where you will collaborate with colleagues to produce award-winning smallgoods.

You will prepare meats for specific products by cutting, mincing, and grinding. You will also select and prepare various types of meats to create a diverse range of smallgoods products. Additionally, you will be proficient in operating machinery such as a mincer, bowl cutter, sausage filler, brine injector, and smokehouse. You will also prepare seasonings and other ingredients while adhering to all OH&S requirements.

To excel in this position, you should possess a Certificate 3 in Meat Processing (Smallgoods - Manufacture) accompanied by two years of on-the-job training or at least three years' experience as a smallgoods maker. Furthermore, you must be reliable, hardworking, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious. We seek individuals who can work independently yet collaborate effectively as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
