Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at ARN Australia. As a key member of our Digital Ad Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital campaigns.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for setting up digital campaigns, ensuring accurate line-item implementation, and verifying that campaigns meet specified requirements and targets. You will work closely with our sales team to maximise revenue by optimising campaigns to meet booked targets.
Your skills in analysing data to inform strategic decisions and utilising insights to optimise performance will be invaluable in this role. You will also maintain excellent communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and ad-tech partners.
About the Job- Campaign Set Up: Ensure digital campaigns are set up within Ad-Tech to match booking system requirements.
- Revenue Maximisation: Optimise campaigns to meet booked targets and increase revenue.
- Data Analysis: Analyse data to support optimisation and identify opportunities for growth.
- Brand Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our Digital products and Brands.
- Communication: Communicate relevant information regarding digital inventory to Sales to support the sales lifecycle.
- Relationship Building: Maintain excellent communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Provide support to the greater Ad Ops teams by understanding Digital workflows and processes.
- Experience: 2+ years experience in an Ad Operations role (or similar). Previous experience in a Digital role is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Highly-developed organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to tackle challenges with innovative and effective solutions.
- Qualifications: Demonstrated proficiency in analysing data to inform strategic decisions and utilising insights to optimise performance. Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, internal and external.
- Technical Skills: Proficient skills in Excel, including data analysis and reporting. Previous experience using ad tech platforms such as Triton and Adswizz would be highly regarded.
