Job Overview

About This Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales revenue
  • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and product recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Assist with visual merchandising and stock management to create an appealing shopping environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment (ideally retail)
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
