Training Support Coordinator Job Description

Deliver product training in-house and to external partners. Facilitate internal staff and external agencies on presentations, product delivery, and feature level demonstrations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal and external training events (in-person, virtual).
  • Sample ordering and presentation.
  • Assist with the planning of product launches.
  • Develop new courses.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve training efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience delivering in-house, virtual, and off-site training.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 SCORM highly desirable.
