Strategic Finance Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to spearhead the design and maintenance of an AI-driven finance system that supports rapid business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and refining a cutting-edge finance system for fast-paced education businesses
  • Crafting Essential Design Decisions to streamline and scale key finance workflows
  • Reviewing In-Depth Analysis Reports with written coaching to enhance logic and train AI and human teams
  • Participating in high-stakes meetings on budget planning, expansion strategies, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance

You will ensure seamless financial operations - tuition management, audits, tax strategy - at scale.

Key Qualifications
  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA degree
  • 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles such as Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or equivalent, with demonstrated scope and progression
  • Proven experience in senior finance leadership positions (SVP, CFO) with full ownership of core finance functions
  • Strong expertise in US GAAP and integrated financial statements
  • Deep experience operating and improving ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP), ideally in complex multi-entity organizations
  • Led or conducted 5+ external audits with a Big 4 firm, either as auditor or client

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership directly. Located within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.
