We are seeking an accomplished Cloud Operations Manager to lead our mission-critical services and drive innovation in AI-driven platforms. Your stewardship will ensure these services remain robust, secure, highly available, and fully observable.

This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of cloud-based banking, driving transformation at scale while upholding the highest standards of risk management, compliance, and customer centricity.

About the Role\
  • Proven experience in managing high-availability, mission-critical systems, including cloud and AI platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in improving IT processes through automation, monitoring, and faster incident response.
  • Experience contributing to business cases that guide strategic investments, risk management, and cost control.
  • Able to adapt to changing business needs and new technologies to support inclusive, future-focused banking solutions using AI.
  • Passionate and supportive tech leadership with deep operational experience in cloud, AI, or enterprise platforms, known for reliability and delivery.
  • Experienced in supplier, vendor, and project management, with a strong history of leading diverse teams, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering results through clear communication and problem-solving.
