About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive compliance leader to drive a significant compliance uplift program, leading the implementation of an ISO 37301 Compliance Management System (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a robust CMS and champion a strong culture of compliance and accountability across the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, oversee reporting and audits, and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop effective systems, processes, controls, and training that ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide insightful and practical compliance advice to the CEO and Executive Team, staying ahead of regulatory changes.
  • Uphold and promote the company's values, policies, and procedures.

About You

  • You will have minimum of 8 years in compliance management, with a strong background in energy sector regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with commercial acumen and strategic foresight.
  • In-depth understanding of compliance management systems (CMS).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to engage effectively with all levels of the business.
  • A strong commitment to delivering compliance that enhances the customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently, showing agility and determination to achieve objectives.
  • Skilled at fostering a supportive and compliant organisational culture.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $140,000 AUD. This reflects the expertise required and the high-profile opportunity to lead and shape compliance initiatives.
