Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Support Workers Team Leader to lead and mentor a community-based team of Support Workers. This role is integral to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, professional, and client-centred care.

You will work collaboratively with clinicians and scheduling officers to promote independence, restorative care using a "do with" approach, and uphold compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to a Great Client Experience, ensuring dignity, choice, and engagement in every interaction.

About the Role

  • Lead and mentor a community-based team of Support Workers

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Community Services, Health, Administration, Business or Leadership, or extensive experience in a similar role
  • Minimum three years' experience in a team leadership position, preferably within aged care or community services
  • Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, including casual staff, with a focus on accountability and performance
  • Experience using CRM systems, electronic rostering tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High-level interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills
