We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join our team at Lindsay Australia Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day activities of our depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manifesting consignments and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Loading planning and supporting operations to meet customer requirements
  • Facilitating and managing customer orders and jobs received
  • Liaising with operational staff to ensure seamless communication
  • Managing freight bookings and time slot requests
  • Debriefing driver paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assisting with depot pallet control and maintaining accurate records
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager
Requirements
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume work and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong team player with a genuine care factor for internal and external customers
  • Flexibility to work a weekend roster and adjust start and finish times as required
